Why This Restriction?

NFT marketplaces involve exclusive ownership claims over digital assets. Since PNG Valley resources are licensed non-exclusively to many users worldwide, claiming exclusive NFT ownership would violate the rights of other licensees and our license terms.

This restriction applies regardless of how modified or transformed the original resource is. If our resource forms any recognizable part of an NFT, the restriction applies.
